1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Planor. If you are a personal trainer, you are responsible for ensuring you are qualified to provide fitness guidance to your clients.

2. Use of the App

Planor is a platform that supports personal trainers and their clients through AI-assisted plan creation and coaching tools.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Use the app only for lawful and appropriate purposes
• Not misuse the app (e.g., by trying to reverse-engineer, spam, or hack it)

3. AI Content

The AI may generate workout plans, suggestions, or responses. These are for informational purposes only and must be reviewed by a qualified personal trainer. Planor does not take responsibility for harm caused by misuse or unreviewed content.

4. Client Data

Personal trainers are responsible for ensuring client data is used appropriately and in compliance with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR). Planor stores data securely but is not liable for how trainers use that data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including AI-generated plans and UI elements, is owned by Planor or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or distribute content without permission.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or harm the experience of other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Planor is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect damages, including health issues, data loss, or service downtime.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the new terms.
